Shipping Policy

If your tracking information states that your package was "delivered" and you have not received it, you must contact USPS and file a claim either thru your local post office or the USPS site. 

Decoy Games LLC / decoygamesapparel.com does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds, credits or replacements of product for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. 

We are not responsible for lost packages. By completing your order you accept and recognize this as our shipping policy.

Please allow 3-7 business days prior to shipping to process your order. Please remember many items are made to order.

Additional Shipping Policies:

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed Deliveries - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Damaged Upon Delivery or Incorrect Items:  

 

If you have received damaged or incorrect item(s) contact Decoy Games Apparel via email within 5 days of receiving your order.

Due to COVID-19 there will be no returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE HONORED WITHOUT DECOY GAMES APPAREL PRIOR APPROVAL. 

  • We do not refund/exchange for buyers remorse.

  • No returns. Exchanges only for defective/incorrect items.

  • Exchanges for Defective/Incorrect Items:

    • If item is delivered defective or incorrect (damaged goods, wrong item, printing error), please contact our returns department within 5 days of receipt.

    • Submit a picture of damaged/incorrect item and packaging to apparel@decoygames.com. If exchange is approved, further instructions will be emailed to you.

    • If the exchange is approved, Decoy Games Apparel will initiate an exchange for the original item at no cost.

    • Item must be returned in its original form and packaging, unworn,  unwashed, with tags and labels intact and without hair, scents, or stains.

    • Exchanges will not be honored past the 5 day grace period.

 

Cancellations Policy:  

 

Once your order is placed, the process of production is started and cancellation of item(s) is prohibited. At this point we are unable to stop the production process.
